Meet The Chef

Samuel Machion Walls (featured center), better known as Chef Chion is a native of Decatur, Georgia graduating from Southwest Dekalb High School in 1990.  He has always had a love for food and began experimenting with dishes as a teen.  Chef Chion served his country as a member of the United States Army.  Taking the safe route after leaving the military, Chef Chion worked for the United States Postal Service for 18 years, however, he never lost his passion for cooking and in 2015 he went to culinary school at the Art Institute of Atlanta to follow his passion.  Chef Chion served as executive chef for Beulah Missionary Baptist Church and briefly at Sudos Bar and Grill, but when Covid-19 hit and the restaurant industry closed down he had to be creative.  Chef Chion opened Flawless Feast Catering in 2020 and has been extremely blessed to prepare meals with love for families all across the Metro Atlanta Area.  He is a firm believer that his cooking skills are a gift from God.  Chef Chion describes his food as American cuisine with a soulful base. He is committed to quality food at an affordable price.
